Orders over $40 AUD is free.

If your total order is under $40 AUD free postage is available - please reach out for discount code. However, it will be sent via regular letter post - there is NO TRACKING available. Once dispatched there is no way to track your order.

Express postage also available, option to upgrade at check out.

As your items are made to order, there is no exchange or refund on your order unless -
- The item is faulty
- You have been sent the wrong product or

Before finalising your order please make sure that you have the correct item/colour. Please leave all necessary information for your personalisation.
As we all sometimes make mistakes, if an error is made on our end, we will ship out a replacement order at no charge within 24-48 hours of notice. If the error was made on the customer's end, we will ship you a replacement at a discounted rate. Please message us and we will work through the details.

• Our first preference is to send your item with Sendle Couriers. We give them authority to leave your item. If you require signature on delivery, please let us know.

• If we cannot send your item with Sendle Couriers (due to the suburb you live in or if you are using a PO Box) we will use Australia Post.

• Standard deliveries take 2-7 business days.

Please also be aware that shipping time can fluctuate during holidays times and public holiday.

• If you have purchased Express Post, your item/s should be delivered in 1-2 business days once it has been dispatched.

We do ship internationally, however, we do not collect or pay for any custom fees. International custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are unsure or concerned with what fees that may be applied to your shipment - please reach out to your local custom authority for details before ordering, we do not have this information.
