Does the image color last?

Our mugs are made of high grade white ceramic and premium coating. Every mug is crafted with top inks and sublimation printer, then used in a heat press machine to keep the image on the mug vividly and permanently, the transferred image will not fade, peel away or scratch off.

Will my order looks exactly like it shows on my computer?

Because every computer monitor is different, so the end product may or may not vary slightly in color.

Can i return or exchange my item?

The shop worked with me to make sure that the order was perfect...and it WAS! Wow!! I uploaded a picture to Instagram and the crowd went wild. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future for gifts.
