Why can't I purchase more than one item?

These are digital patterns, so only one is needed

I ordered in error, can I get a refund.

Unfortunately because these are digital items, I cannot refund anymore, I can offer a store credit in my other shop where custom items are made, not all of my designs are sold as physical items in the other shop, but most are.
