Lost, stolen or misdelivered packages

Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address on your order. Items shipped via USPS are assigned a tracking number that you can follow to determine where it is in their system and when your order has been delivered. Please keep track of your delivery date so you know when to expect your package to arrive. Once a package is accepted by USPS and tracking begins, they are responsible for delivery. Please contact your local post office if you encounter an issue with shipping or delivery. I am not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by USPS.

Custom and personalized orders

I welcome custom orders for individuals or groups. I have many prints and team fabrics that may not be currently shown in my shop. I'm also happy to create a scrub cap with fabric supplied by my customer. Please feel free to message me and we can get started on that one of a kind scrub cap.

-Your scrub cap will arrive folded flat. To wear it properly for the best fit, fold the front and sides up from the bottom for your desired depth. The front folding band allows for individual comfort and fit. The ponytail pouch has elastic and ribbon ties sewn in to hold hair in place. Once you've folded the front and sides of the cap up, place your low bun or ponytail into the pouch at the nape of your neck. Then cross the ribbons underneath the ponytail and around to the top of the pouch to tie into a bow.

-This self-lined cap is made from 100% Batik cotton fabric. It is designed and sized for one size fits most.

-All seams are finished; the ribbon is treated to prevent fraying. Stress points are reinforced. All caps are sewn in a smoke free/pet free environment.

-Check out the wide selection of fun fabrics and unique caps for everyday use and holidays. Pattern placement and ribbon color may vary.

-For best results wash on delicate cycle or hand wash in cold water; line dry or low heat dryer.

-All caps are ready to ship to all 50 states via USPS First Class Mail.

-Caps sewn in licensed fabrics fall under The First Sale Doctrine and are not a licensed product. They are not associated or affiliated with the original copyright owner.
