✔ RETURN ADDRESSING:
Return Addressing is available for an ADDITIONAL CHARGE in the first dropbown when selecting your order quantity. Please provide the return addressing in the personalization box. The return addressing will be on the back flap of the envelope and in a font that coordinates or matches the font on the cards. The color of the ink will a darker shade of the ink selected so that it is legible on the envelopes. The ink color on the Sapphire, Red, Forest, Fuchsia and New Blue envelopes will be white. If you want the return addressing to be a specific ink color please also mention that in the personalization box.

✔ PERSONALIZATION:
Personalize your cards with the name or monogram as shown in the photos and the ink and envelope colors of your choice. Please make sure to review the ink and envelope swatches in the photos in the listing.

All of our orders are tied with a white grosgrain ribbon making it a beautiful gift. Make sure to select that you are giving it as a gift and provide a GIFT MESSAGE if sending directly to the recipient. These messages are printed on our company notecards that have the Augusta Joy logo in gold at the top. All orders are shipped without a packing slip or receipt so the cost isn’t revealed to the recipient.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Review the photos in the listing which includes swatches of the ink and envelope colors.
2. Select the quantity of notecards you would like to order in the first dropdown. If you would like return addressing on your envelopes please select that option in the first dropdown too.
3. Select the envelope color you would like in the second dropdown. Swatches of these colors are in the photos.
4. In the Personalization box please provide the INK COLOR and the PERSONALIZATION you would like. Make sure to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS as to how you should provide the personalization. For 3 letter monograms, make sure to provide the letters - first name, last name, middle name. If you selected return addressing, please provide that in this box as well.
5. In the last quantity dropdown leave it as “1” unless you would like more than 1 set of what you selected in the first quantity dropdown. If you would like to place an order for multiple sets for different people then you would include the number of sets you need here.

HOW TO PLACE A BULK ORDER:

Wanting to order multiple sets for your wedding party, hostess gifts, graduation gifts, co-worker gifts? Please follow the instructions below.
1. Review the photos in the listing which includes swatches of the ink and envelope colors.
2. Select the quantity of notecards you would like to order in the first dropdown.
3. Select the envelope color you would like in the second dropdown. Swatches of these colors are in the photos.

Q: What is the production time?
A: Our orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 BUSINESS days. This does not include holidays or weekends.

Q: Do you provide a proof of my order?
A: We do not unless specifically requested. If you would like a proof of our order, please mention this in the personalization box. Our production timeline of 5-7 BUSINESS days does not start until your proof is approved.

Q: What kind of paper do you use?
A: All of our notecards and enclosure cards are digitally printed on 120lb. Ultrawhite Eggshell Cardstock. This is a heavyweight cardstock and is equivalent. Our notepads and writing sets are printed on 70lb. smooth bright white text weight paper.

Q: How are your products printed?
A: Our products are digitally (flat) printed on a commercial printing press.

Q: How do I place a bulk order?
A: Please see the instructions listed above.
