Unless An item received is defective or sent in error, I only offer Exchanges or Credit.

Most everything I make is with stretch fabric. Any stretch should be cared for as delicate to preserve the elastic as well as color. We recommend that all of Tango With Love's apparel be washed cold delicate machine cycle or hand washed cold then laid flat to dry. Lycras/Spandex/jerseys bounce back pretty fast so its great for travel. All of our laces are quite fragile yet sturdy . No need to dry clean but must be hand washed only.

We have several Event Sales throughout the year. Apparel purchased on Sale is made to measure just like any of our regular priced apparel. We never sell defective or damaged items on Sale. All dresses advertised on Sale are final.

Because your health and safety are important to me as well, I wanted to share our enhanced safety measures on the latest guidance of The (WHO). The nature of our business involves crafting garments by hand. We hold high standards of hygiene by keeping our workspace and hands constantly clean. Our Atelier is cleaned daily and deep cleaned every 2 weeks to protect our fabric and finished garments. All our garments are packaged and sealed in protective cello sleeves in new USPS packaging. All sewing tools, door handles, phones, chairs and electronics are wiped down throughout the day.
