Can I order in other colors?

Yes, I have a lot of colors that are not represented in the store. Contact me to clarify the availability of the color you need.

How long I should wait for production?

I have a lot of dresses in stock that I can ship the next day after your order. But some models take time to manufacture. Basically, it is 1-3 days if there is no manual work (embroidery, etc.). More complicated items can take up to 7 days.

Can I rush the order?

Yes, choose DHL shipping when you'll place your order and you'll receive it in 3-7 days after production.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 7 days of delivery, ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Does return a full refund?

Yes, but you have to pay for the return shipping.

Do I need to pay import duty for U.S. orders?

Yes. Starting August 29, 2025, all shipments to the U.S. are subject to import duty. For dresses and skirts, the total duty is 21.3% of the order value (10% general + 11.3% HTS). This is a U.S. government fee, not a shop charge. Buyers pay the duty directly.
