International Shipping policy

We advise our EU and International customers to use the Tracked Shipping option in order for me to track where your parcel is during it's journey to you. If you choose the Standard Shipping option I can't take responsibility for lost items.

For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on hijabs / scarves that have been taken out of their original packaging. Please contact us for advice. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on earrings and hijab caps. We accept returns on our clothing items. Unfortunately we don't refund the cost of shipping, final refund amount will be for the items only and not shipping costs. Returns are made at the buyers expense. Please note we need to have the tracking number for the parcel as proof. Once an item is returned and inspected, your refund will be processed.* *provided the items are returned in the original condition.

Custom and personalised orders

We don't personalise however if you would like to purchase a certain amount of items or would like to enquire about wholesale purchase we can help. Just get in touch!

Please note if an order can't be delivered to you and it gets returned to the shop, we won't repost the item until the additional delivery cost has been paid as it's no fault of ours. Similarly if an item has been returned to us due to an incorrect address we will not resend the item to the correct address unless the postage has been paid.

Although rare, sometimes parcels can be lost. We do our best to help you in this occurrence. We won't consider an item lost until 8 working weeks have passed (excluding weekends), this is to allow for postal services to clear any back log they might have. As all our orders, both domestic and international are sent via tracked and signed shipping, we can track your order to the last place it's been.

All our customers receive a percentage off coupon with their next order as a thank you. To redeem, simply enter the code in the 'Promotion Code' field and click 'Apply' when checking out so Etsy can apply the coupon to the sale. Please note, emailing the coupon separately or putting it as a 'Note' is not valid therefore no discount will be applied to your order.

We always recommend to hand wash the hijabs and caps and not machine wash. That is to preserve the integrity of the fabric. Our clothing is machine washable at 30 degrees Celsius or less. Do not tumble dry.

International Postage Price

All our International orders are sent via tracked and signed shipping (similar to FedEx), making it more expensive than standard shipping costs. We choose this method of shipping to ensure that parcels are tracked to the point of final delivery to the customer and we are then provided by proof by the delivery company. We as a small business do not make profit off postage costs. We try to be fair by keeping our prices as low as possible. Please have this in mind when leaving a review or emailing questions about postage.

Extra info: The Deep Sienna is a beautiful colour is such a beautiful deep brown with a hint of burgundy. If in doubt please send a message. Out of all our hijabs, the Light Bronze has more of a thickness compared to the rest and it's ever so slightly lighter than the image. If unsure please get in touch.

International Postage: this is set according to weight, with each scarf added, the small price of £0.50p will be added to the postage cost. As a small business, I do everything I can to keep prices low for my customers, hence why my products are not expensive. The postage and packaging cost doesn't make me profit. The alternative would be to raise the prices of my scarves to include postage which I believe is unfair, as you would be paying for postage more than once. I hope you appreciate my honesty and understand.
