We would be happy to ship your gift to a recipient and will include a personalized note upon request. Invoices are not included in shipments, but are emailed to the purchaser.
****On personalized orders, it is imperative that you verify correct spelling of names, dates and shipping information BEFORE you place your order.

An order may be cancelled only if production of the item has not yet begun. Please contact us promptly.

Please check the shipping times for each item as some vary depending on the product. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the item has been shipped. If you must have the item rushed, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.

Refunds are not available unless there is an error made by Wall Wear Designs and items must be returned in original packaging. If a package is returned to us for any reason other than our error, the customer will be charged to reship the package. Please inspect all packages upon receipt and notify us of any problems as soon as possible. We will need photos of the damaged item and packaging so that we can file a claim with and send out a replacement. You will need to keep the item and packaging until contacted. Items lost or stolen during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. Replacement of damaged items will be for duplicate item only and no changes in design will be accepted.

We have made every effort so that the color you see when placing your order matches that of the item you receive, but please keep in mind that your screen may manipulate the colors slightly and this is out of our control, therefore, we do not refund, replace or exchange an item due to slight color differences.
