☆ How can I personalise my gift? ☆
1. Select the chain style and length you want from the first drop down menu. We also have
black leather and cord options if you’d prefer that to a metal chain.
2. Select whether you want to add an initial, a birthstone crystal (or both!) to your necklace
in the second drop down menu.
3. Use the personalisation box to add the information about your choice of initial, birth
month for the crystal and message for the gift box. (If you don’t see the box to enter your
information there is another one at the checkout OR you can just send us a message!)

☆ What are the different necklace chain types and lengths? ☆
For safety reasons NO necklaces should be worn by any child under 3 years old due to risk of
small parts. All young children should be supervised whilst wearing jewellery.

The lengths:
♡ 14” - suitable for a child (3+), will be a choker length on an adult.
♡ 16” - for an older child or for a short length on an adult.
♡ 18” - the average length for adult necklaces.
♡ 24” - for those who like a longer necklace, it’s also a popular length for men.

The material types:
♡ Silver plated chain - Iron/Copper chain with a silver plating. Links 3x2mm. Available in all
lengths.
♡ Sterling Silver chain - A .925 stamped sterling silver chain. Links 2.5x2mm. Available in all
lengths.
♡ Sterling Silver Trace chain - A delicate chain, very popular. We only offer these in 16” and 18”
and recommend them for adults as children can tangle them easily.
♡ Black Cord - Vegan friendly, cotton waxed cord. 1.5mm thick. Available in all lengths.
♡ Black Leather - Black coated leather. 2mm thick. Available in all lengths.

☆ What about the charms? Can I add extra birthstones and initials?☆
♡ Dragons: 15x15mm, 3D, tibetan silver, (zinc alloy, lead and nickel free).
♡ Initial charm (optional) - Silver Plated 6-12mm. All letters available.
♡ Birthstone crystal (optional) - Silver Plated, 8mm. Faceted crystal. All months available.
January - Dark Red to represent Garnet.
February - Dark Purple to represent Amethyst.
March - Light Blue to represent Aquamarine.
April - Clear to represent Diamond.
May - Green to represent Emerald.
June - Light Purple to represent Alexandrite.
July - Red to represent Ruby.
August - Light Green to represent Peridot.
September - Blue to represent Sapphire.
October - Light Pink to represent Tourmaline.
November - Yellow to represent Citrine.
December - Turquoise to represent Blue Topaz.

☆ How will this come packaged and what are your shipping times? ☆

Dispatch time is 1-3 days (this may be extended if we are particularly busy e.g. over Christmas)
Shipping upgrades including tracking are available at the checkout.

Gift Packaging Included: Your necklace will come in one of the white kraft gift boxes shown with
a beautiful silver foiled logo lid. If you have a gift message it will come printed inside the lid.
The gift box will come inside an organza gift bag with a care instructions card that can be
personalised with a longer gift message if you need one in addition to the one inside the lid.
It will be ready to gift and is perfect for sending directly to your recipient as we don’t include any
invoices or receipts unless requested.

Shipment Packaging: We send our orders out in cardboard boxes that can fit through a letterbox
or into a mail box. If you order a large quantity or a wholesale order they will be shipped in a
suitable sized box also. We include a flyer with our business information and social media links.
