Outdoor quality vinyl is rated as permanent, and is super durable but it can be removed if lifted, peeled back, or picked off.

Removable vinyl is only used for wall decals and interior doors.

Vinyl can rip or tear during application process. Please be careful while peeling the transfer paper away from vinyl. We are not held responsible for any vinyl rip or tear during application process.

I do understand accidents happen. Please message me if you have any issues and we can work together to solve the problem.

Decals are NOT to be placed on loose fabric, textured surfaces, or dirty or wet surfaces.

All vinyl is hand wash only.

Labels are removable but you will not be able to reuse them in another place.

Please check your Etsy messages or email address you provided. Custom orders will NOT BE SHIPPED if I do not have enough information to complete the order. If I do have enough information but can not reach you, I will ship your order without approval.

Due to the custom nature of this listing, there are no refunds or exchanges unless there's an error on my part.

Upgrades only expedite the shipping process, not lead time. Please make sure to account for shipping time to ensure your order arrives in the time frame you need it.

Canadian Orders - My default shipping is regular/standard mail to keep shipping costs down. There is NO tracking number. You can upgrade shipping when you check out to include a tracking number.

United States Orders - Tracking is included with your shipping. If you spend over $35 shipping is free! Shipping to the USA takes about 5-7 business days.

International Orders - All International orders are shipped with tracking.

When you place the order, there is an ‘add personalization’ box. You can type all the information in there. There is a character limit. If you have a lot of labels, the simplest way is to type all the label names you need in the 'note to seller'. The message will be attached to your order.

For the images, we have a few options.
1. You can screen shot the image sample picture and circle the ones you want.
2. You can describe the location of the image you would like. Example: Blocks R1 C3.
3. If they are self explanatory you want write 'the rainbow', 'paw patrol badge'.

I always send a draft first before I cut. Changes can be made!

We will ship to the address provided by Etsy (unless otherwise notified) and cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an out-of-date address or an address entered incorrectly.

Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor, laptop, tablet and phone screen has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show all of our products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor.
