Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

We will not process returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for the following: - Customers simply change their minds after buying the goods. - Wrong orders placed by customer - Reasons like product is big, heavy or long. We take all efforts to take clear pictures and mention product details like size, weight and color of every product. - Custom created products - Nose ring/ clipons- due to hygienic reasons

We will offer as much support as possible, but once we ship the package it is out of our control. If you have ordered via "Standard Shipping", we will not be responsible for the lost/damaged/stolen-in-transit goods. No replacement of goods or money return for such orders.

Our products are a mix of "Ready to Ship" & "Make to Order". Orders which are "Ready to Ship" will be shipped the very next day or maximum within 3 days unless any emergency at our end. Orders which are "Make to Order", please read the product details as the processing time for these can vary from 2 to 3 weeks (it will be specified during checkout). Kindly check the estimated delivery time before placing the order.

DHL eCommerce (primary partner) or Indian registered post delivery system (RMS) (secondary partner) Although, we have experienced no loss of package, till date, for International customers, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND OUR VALUABLE CUSTOMERS TO UPGRADE TO EXPRESS SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT. It is 100% secure mode, fast and safe delivery usually within 5-14 working days. However, if you want to save on shipping, you can opt our FREE SHIPPING method using DHL eCommerce / Indian Registered Normal Post i.e. Standard Shipping mode.

Delivery Duration varies as following 1. Standard Shipping / FREE SHIPPING : 15 to 20 days. Sometimes it can take a month or more to reach so please keep that in mind while making your purchases. Parcel is usually left at door step or at mailbox. So please check your mailbox regularly. There are cases where the parcel was handed over by USPS to the neighbors, sometimes in some other mailbox, in the bushes or handed over to someone in the community. This is not in our control and is not our responsibility. Parcels to USA usually reaches in 14 to 20 days time, can vary. Delivery may be little long for European countries. 2. Express Shipping : 7 days to 14 days.

We will provide you tracking number of the parcel/scan copy of postal receipt as soon as the items are dispatched. Tracking can be done on DHL eCommerce website or Indian post website www.indiapost.gov.in depending on the carrier and later on your country's post website. But please know that tracking may or may not be available after parcel leaves India. The reason is tracking status of the parcel are not updated in a timely manner in a few countries like USA, UK and other European countries. But the parcel will be moving. If tracking shows still 'In Transit', it means the status of shipment is not updated regularly by the postal departments of these countries. In such cases the customer need to keep patience.

Please check your country's custom policies before buying an item. All customs duties and taxes will be borne by buyer.
