Highlights
Harris Tweed collars for Sighthounds. Sumptuous Harris Tweed fabric padded for comfort, lined with suedette and edges bound in velvet. These collars are specifically shaped for Sighthounds to spread the pressure on the windpipe.
The Harris Tweed is interfaced to prolong life and provide structure and the core of the collar has a sponge wadding for comfort. The reverse is a soft velour suedette to prevent rubbing and the edges are lined with luxurious velvet ribbon.
The fastening is traditional roller pin buckle in silver nickel and fastens through nickel eyelets.
Each collar carries an authentic Harris Tweed label to authenticate the fabric and a leather HWR Designs patch. The collars are gift wrapped in tissue and linen ribbon
The collars are available in 5 sizes to fit all hounds from Afghans to Whippets.
XXS 4cm (1 1/4") at widest by 30cm (12") long to fit 20cm (8") to 25cm (10")
XS 5cm (2") at widest by 37.5cm(14.5") long, to fit 27.5cm (11") to 32.5cm (13")
Small 5cm (2") at widest by 42cm long, to fit 30cm (12") to 36cm (14 1/4")
Medium 8cm(13 1/4") at widest by 55cm (21 1/2") long, to fit 39cm (15 3/4") to 48cm (19")
Large 10cm(4") at widest by 60cm (23 3/4"), long to fit 44cm (17 1/2") to 53cm(21")
Adjustment is at approx 3cm (1 1/4") intervals from first measurement.
