We strongly urge you to contact us prior to returning any items. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Because our orders are custom printed to order, please understand that we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Again, please contact us prior to returning any item.

For apparel, I have included a size chart with every listing - please consult the appropriate chart to be certain of the size that will match your body type. T-shirts: if you are seeking a looser fit, please order a size up. Raglan shirts: these tend to run large - please keep this in mind when ordering.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Unfortunately, we cannot offer gift wrapping at this time. It is something that we are looking into for the future, however.

Disclaimer about Direct to Garment Printing (discoloration, marks, etc.)

On rare occasion, you may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are NOT stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, our inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable!
