Please remove gold and silver jewellery before using suncream and tanning products as these can tarnish the metals. If this does happen just clean your jewellery with silver or gold cleaner. Polishing cloths will remove the tarnish.

All our products have a comprehensive size guide in the more info section. Earrings and other pierced items are classed as Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) and so we can not except returns on these. Please make sure you check the size before you order.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return for a refund within 30 days of dispatch, this is relevant to necklaces, bracelets and rings, this does not include intimate items, earrings. Items must be returned in their original sale condition.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings or pierced goods for hygiene reasons. We cannot accept any items that have been engraved, personalised or altered.

For intimate items we only accept returns or exchanges if the item is faulty.
