What is our processing time?

Our processing time is 1-3 business days.

We ship all orders with the Portuguese Postal Service (CTT). From January 1, 2026, postal services in European Union countries will no longer use Registered Mail for shipping goods. Therefore: 1- The service used is INTERNATIONAL BLUE MAIL (a priority mail service for correspondence up to 2kg) with Track & Trace information. This service does not provide any compensation to the sender (seller) in case of loss. 2- The order may also need to be sent via INTERNATIONAL PARCEL with declared value due to the value of the item(s), the weight, or the volume. On the day of shipment, we add photos to each Etsy purchase of the parcel that was shipped to you, as well as the tracking number so that you can follow the order's route.

What are the shipping costs for 2026?

Shipping prices will be as follows (with track & trace information): - Portugal: € 7.84 (up to 500g) - € 12.14 (>500g to 2kg) - European Union & Europe non-EU: € 13.32 (up to 500g) - € 17.95 (>500g to 1kg) - € 28.82 (>1kg to 2kg) - USA: € 11.80 (up to 250g) - € 17.59 (>500g to 1kg) - € 29.97 >500g to 1kg) - € 43.98 (>1kg to 2kg) - Everywhere else: € 15.64 (up to 500g) - € 26.46 (>500g to 1kg) - € 39.96 (>1kg to 2kg) Each additional item: between € 0,90 and € 1,60 depending on the customer's location. *Shipping costs include the commissions charged by Etsy on shipping (6.5% + 4%), and VAT (23%) only for EU countries. ===We refund shipping overages whenever the total weight of the parcel is less than 250g.===

What is the maximum weight we accept to ship?

The maximum weight we accept to ship cannot exceed 2 kg, including packaging. With only a few exceptions (heavy or very heavy items) we put our shipping prices in the values of up to 500g. And this weight has to include the packaging. ***VERY IMPORTANT***: If your order has MULTIPLE ITEMS and is about or could exceed 500g, 1kg or 2kg please request a custom order. In the description of each product you will find information about its weight.

Could we contact with the postal services or customs belonging to another country?

We hope that you understand that we cannot make any contact with the postal services or customs belonging to another country, as this is up to the nationals of the countries of destination. In case of loss or delay, we can only contact the Portuguese Postal Service (CTT).
