Returns are not accepted

Business policy, I do not accept returns. If a customer refuses an item, or sends it back, the customer is responsible for shipping charges in both directions. There will be a 40% restocking fee. This fee covers administrative costs, time, and material involved in the shipping and production process. If the product is not returned in new condition, there will be absolutely no refund. Read the listings carefully. Know what you are buying. I have an excellent customer support rating and work closely with my customers to insure everything is smooth. Most of these items are custom made. Custom made items are not returnable under any circumstances. If there is a problem with an order, it is best handled by communicating with me to resolve it.

Insurance is included I package carefully, but damage can happen. Please save all materials, and contents, pending inspection and send photo's. I will reship and file a claim with the carrier. Do not return items to me. Damage must be handled on line. The item will be replaced at the shop owners discretion
