Gift wrapping and packaging

All jewelry comes securely nestled in rustic kraft gift boxes tied with bakers twine. Gift wrapping is available for a small fee. When you check out, check 'mark order as gift'. Check 'add gift wrapping'. Handwritten gift tags are also included. You will be prompted to leave a short message during this process. The wrapping paper choice will change with the seasons. The current selection will show in my shop.

All orders are sent with the USPS and includes tracking. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number. If your order says that it's been delivered and you believe that you didn't receive it please check with other family members or neighbors to make sure that they don't have it. If this is not the case please contact your post office. They will be able to give you the GPS scan to show where the package was delivered. If you suspect mail theft, you can report it to your local police department and post office. Once an item has been shipped, it is out of my control. I am not responsible for lost orders if you entered the wrong shipping address or if the tracking declares a package as being delivered.

Do You Sell Clip On Earrings?

Many of my earrings can be converted to Clip Ons, free of charge. I have silver plated, oxidized silver plated, gold plated, antiqued brass and bronze with a coppery finish. Contact me on Etsy BEFORE making your purchase to see if the earrings in question can be converted to clips.

My Jewelry Broke! Now What?

I wear and buy a lot of jewelry. Sometimes it breaks. It's happened to me. If it happens to you, please contact me. I am happy to repair the item, if possible, for free within a 30 day period from date of delivery. Message me ON Etsy if this happens. Please send me a photo of the piece and I'll see what I can do. If it can easily be repaired, I'll forward my return address to you. Please use first class mail delivery. It includes tracking. That way we can keep tabs on it's journey. I will cover the cost of return shipping if the damage occurs during the 30 day period. This will be refunded via Etsy. After the 30 day window I'll gladly repair, if possible, your jewelry for a fee that covers supplies, Etsy fees and shipping.

I Need More Than One of Those

If there is only one listed in a particular design and you need more than one necklace or one pair of earrings, message me on Etsy to see if there are anymore available.

Does this come in another metal?

The answer usually is 'yes'. Example: If you see earrings or a necklace with gold filled metal and would like it in sterling silver, message me on Etsy and I'll let you know if it's possible to make one for you. Most of the time I have sterling silver, gold filled, rose gold filled, antiqued brass and stainless steel in stock.

Vintage Glass Necklace
Five gorgeous vintage German glass beads, in shades of red orange that are 3/4" long, are wire-wrapped together with sterling silver wire. I wrapped the beads onto a sterling silver rolo chain. The necklace measures 19 1/4" and closes with a lobster clasp. The sterling was oxidized to a dark gunmetal, almost black color.
