As part of our personalized service, we are able to alter an existing model to your requirements, no matter whether it has a different finish, is personalised or engraved, or even features different shapes of gemstones or diamonds. We encourage all of our customers to share with us their wildest ideas and dreams, as we know we have the skills and experience you require in order to make your fantasies reality.

Do you accept the Payment Plan?

We understand that many of our customers can benefit from laying the payment for their jewelry over an extended period, and this opens up the possibilities for more people to enjoy and own one of our pieces. As such, we allow layaway plans for our customers, following the payment of an initial deposit or down payment. Please contact us should you want further information about this. A layaway plan will be as instructed below: * The first deposit would be non refundable. * The customer must make sure to complete payments on time * Only after the payment is made in full will the item be shipped out * An item purchased under a layaway plan would be final and not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

In our friendly workshop, maintaining impeccable standards of quality, originality and craftsmanship is at the very heart of everything we do, and has been so far. As a testament to this, we are proud to offer all of our customers a 30 day money back guarantee on all items. Should there be any issues with your purchase, simply let us know that you wish to return the piece within 30 days, and we will work out every detail with you. In order for your return to be accepted and dealt with swiftly, please ensure that it is sent unworn, in the original packaging, and with all original receipts sent along with it. Please note:

Pieces which have been engraved, altered or resized, pieces which have been exchanged before, pieces which has been custom designed and made, eternity designs with settings or patterns, titanium tungsten and black zirconium rings with settings. IMPORTANT NOTE : Made to order pieces - Gold and platinum jewelry are made exactly to your request, as I create these per order, therefore they are subject to 35% restocking fees - due to their handmade nature - which goes towards their recycling.

We ship with a range a of providers from FedEx to Air-Mail, depending on the particular piece ordered. We take the customization of our pieces seriously. Because all of our pieces are custom crafted to your specifications, the time between order and delivery will vary depending on a number of factors. An engraving of a unique message to a loved one is a wonderful way to personalise a piece of jewelry, and we are proud to offer our clients a free engraving on our pieces as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.

We want our clients’ experience with to be as stress-free as possible. In order to achieve this, we offer free resizing for all non-customised pieces of jewelry, within 30 days of receipt of the parcel. Pieces which have been modified or engraved, or customised in some way are subject to extra resizing fees, IMPORTANT NOTE: Tungsten , Titanium and Black Zirconium rings if engraved or set with a gemstone - are not resizable, exchangeable or returnable.

Braverman Oren retains the full unrestricted rights to all jewelry designs, whether custom or standard, and may choose to market or sell jewelry based on such designs.

Are there any extra taxes or duties?

Great question, we so not calculate or collect taxes nor duties, we strongly recommend checking with your local taxes and customs offices to verify for that, for example we know that UK clients may have to pay VAT and US client recently have had Tariff charges added.
