Do I pay for shipping on additional items I purchase?

No, you only pay shipping on the 1st item. If you put an order through then decide you'd like to order more, I will refund the additional postage. Combined postage for multiples only applies to orders going to the same address.

When will my order be shipped?

All items ship 1-2 working days from receiving payment.

How long does it take for UK orders to arrive?

From confirmation that your order has been despatched you should receive your order in 1-2 business days. Orders are mailed out 1st class using the Royal Mail.

How are International orders sent?

Items sent to international addresses are sent by Airmail not tracked, an upgrade on shipping is available if you would like to have your item tracked. For US customers this means Royal Mail handle the shipping within the UK, handing over to USPS on arrival in the US.

Appropriate customs declarations always accompany my overseas items. Please be aware that if you're outside the UK your own country may add import tariffs, custom duties or taxes to your purchase.

Are there any suggestions for caring and preserving the bands?

After each use, flatten the hair tie back to their original form and they'll last much longer. As the hair ties have been carefully tied, this means they can be untied and retied to suit different size wrists. Also, hair ties without any foil print/writing on them can be washed (no hotter than 40 degrees celsius) and dried naturally (not tumble dried). Once dried, they can be retied and are like new again! Another tip when washing them is to put them in a small zipped laundry bag, stops them from ending up in the rubber door drum seal. Bands with foil print/writing on them are a novelty item and this writing will ware off over time, would also recommend not getting them wet as the writing will come off.

These Love is Love, Rainbow friendship bands are made using soft elastic, which means they can be worn in your hair or on your wrist. All my bands are cut, heat sealed (to prevent fraying) and carefully tied by myself, so they can be untied and re-tied to suit different size wrists.

Each band comes individually presented on a lovely thick glossy card with ’LOVE is LOVE’ printed on them.
