I send all orders as registered mail, so your signature will be required at the delivery time. If you won't be at home, USPS will leave you a notice. You will be able to arrange redelivery by visiting www.usps.com/redelivery or by calling 800-ASK-USPS. Or you can pick it up at your local post office.

I can offer express shipping by using Express Mail Service (EMS). The price starts at 21 Euro and up depending on order's weight. If you are interested - contact me before purchasing.

Your order will be shipped to your ETSY ADDRESS, so please double-check that it is correct. If you would like the parcel sent to a different address, please contact me at the time of purchase.

Orders are not considered "LOST" until the following amount of time has passed:
Europe = 21 day;
International (US, Canada, Australia, Russia, etc.) = 45 days.

If you have not received your order within the mentioned time frame - contact me and I will do my best to solve the issue.
