Have you checked tracking? I do everything I can to ship out on time. Sometimes the mailing service is slow or delayed. Especially during crazy weather or seasons. Definitely check tracking first before you message me. Please be kind! :D

My order has been returned to sender, what can I do?

This is policy is more aimed towards clothing, hats, etc: I receive emails pertaining to this the moment its returned. I will usually contact you within 24 hours of receiving the email informing you of what's going on and why it has been returned. It's usually because the customer typed the wrong mailing address. If you respond to me within 30 days with the correct address we can resolve it easily by sending it back to you. However, after the 30 days your item(s) will be donated to charity. That's the policy I have in place. So please respond when I message you so that we can solve all of this. Thanks!

My order says delivered but its not in my mailbox. What do I do?

Contact your local Post Office. Check your tracking number, address and status for the package. I am not responsible for lost packages however I will try and help you find it and possibly replace it. Please don't demand that I reship it nor blame me for a lost package. I care about you and your business enough to ensure that it arrives to you safely in a timely manner. Remember the Golden Rule in situations like this.

No Tracking / Package Lost
