Will I receive my item in the mail?

No, all the items in my shop are DIGITAL PRINTABLE FILES and will be delivered electronically via direct download link. No physical items are shipped. The buyer is responsible for printing the file/s.

Can you recommend places to print?

You may print your digital file/s at home, online printer, or your local printshop, photolab or office supply store. Some recommended photolabs are Costco, Walgreens, Walmart and CVS. Many of these stores allow you to upload your file online, then pick it up when ready. Super Easy!

What kind of paper do you recommend printing on?

FOR SIGNS/POSTERS: White card stock or white matte/lustre photo paper. Avoid glossy paper especially when the intended use is for a photo prop, as it may be too reflective in photos. FOR INVITATIONS: White card stock or matte white photo paper.

Do you provide editable files that I can modify myself?

No, the original editable source files are NOT FOR SALE. Personalization is completed by My Tree Wishes, after which you will be provided the final, uneditable, print-ready file.
