Would give ten stars if able! Amazing quality of product, and the absolute best customer service. The Resin pieces have an amazing weight to them. A few of the pieces came with a few small blemishes out of the box, and I shot Sait a message trying to find a way to come to a solution. He was quick to respond, and was overly generous in his solutions to the problem. I was going to be in San Diego anyway for a work event and stopped by and picked up the replacements. I ended up deciding to buy two extra queens for pawn promotion when in San Diego as well, and he added them to my replacements pieces when I picked them up and told me I could just go back into Etsy and pay for them later. Such an interaction of integrity and trust. It was such a pleasant, hassle-free experience buying from placoncept, and the chess set is beautiful!
chessmen are ok no compatible material chessboard.i had to improvise a cardboard b and w board from another chess set.
