All Custom Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. If any item that is claimed to be defective within this time, we will repair or replace the product or component if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use. No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise was custom produced, including custom size, custom color, custom printed or custom built supplies or equipment. Any issues as described under the Warranty section above will be taken care of with any custom product we've produced. All returns are subject to inspection and approval before a credit or replacement can be issued

We certainly apologize for the inconvenience. We gladly offer repair services for Yoakum Leather products, within 1 year from date of purchase, repair services are free of charge. After 1 year from date of purchase, we charge a reasonable fee for repair services. Shipping costs are not covered under our warranty or repair program. warranty is only valid within the US. Shipping address for repair, replacement, or parts must be within the US. To take advantage of this warranty, please contact our Customer Service department for a Repair Authorization and further details. Yoakum Leather reserves the right to refuse any replacement or credit due to mishandled merchandise, accidental damages, or if it shows wear and tear through normal usage.

What Kind of leather Yoakum Leather use?

Please note Yaokum Leather goods are made from the finest selection of full grain cowhides, high quality hardware, superior craftsmanship, durability, and innovation. Our unique designs complement the natural markings, tone variations, and character of each individual hide. Leather is an entirely natural product; don't expect the uniformity of man-made materials from it. Slight imperfections such as scratches, scars, wrinkles, and natural color variations should not be considered defects, but rather part of the character and beauty of natural fine leather.

We at Yoakum Leather are pleased to accept return requests for regularly priced merchandise purchased on our website within 30 days of receipt. Please note that returns are only accepted for new and unworn products with all original packing materials, tags, and accessories included to ensure a hassle-free return process. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for, custom or personalized orders.

I don't usually leave reviews, but we just received this leather passport wallet and I must say that it exceeded expectations. We ordered all four colors (tan, brown, grey and black) and the materials, color and craftmanship are second to none. We had our initials put on them and that looks great as well. Finally, we received them within 5 days of order date. I would highly recommend this seller and will definitely be looking at additional items they sell.
