Everything we offer is printed on demand, right when you order it. For this reason, we do not offer refunds. If you have ordered the wrong size, we do offer exchange or store credit. Please follow instructions above for these two options.

We do not have a personal relationship with UPS or USPS.

It’s not like we can text them and ask what’s up with your package or whether they are slow today because they overslept and there was a huge line at the coffee place. Aside from tracking info, once your package is shipped we have no control over the route or time it takes to be delivered. Our items usually arrive quickly without any issues, but sometimes they wind up in Kalamazoo. We get as frustrated by this as you do.

We're not responsible for a package where tracking shows it has been delivered but has been presumably stolen from a mailbox or doorstep.

Please make sure the address you provide is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address.

We ship internationally to almost everywhere in the world.

Most international packages will be sent via First Class International Mail which does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, packages should arrive in 3-5 weeks.
