• No. Every painting in our shop is 100% hand-painted on canvas by skilled artists. • It is not a print, poster, digital copy, or canvas transfer. • Because each artwork is painted by hand, slight variations in brushwork, texture, and color may occur. These natural differences make every painting unique.

2. Important Handling & Care Instructions

• Please handle your painting with care, especially when newly received. Hand-painted oil paintings may have a delicate surface during the curing period. • For rolled canvas, keep the artwork rolled until stretching or framing. If you unroll it for inspection, do so gently on a clean, dry surface. • If your painting is shipped with a protective plastic layer over the painted surface, please do not remove it until the painting is professionally stretched or framed. • Removing the protective layer too early may cause the painted surface to touch, stick, or become damaged while the oil paint continues to cure. • Avoid impacts, pressing, folding, sharp objects, direct sunlight, excessive heat, water, chemicals, or cleaning sprays.

3. Do you accept custom sizes or personalized orders?

• Yes. We accept custom sizes and personalized oil painting orders. • Custom options include portraits, pet portraits, family portraits, wedding portraits, landscapes, floral paintings, wildlife paintings, and eligible artwork reproductions. • Please send us your reference image, preferred size, and any special requirements. • We will review the details and provide a quotation before starting the artwork.

4. Will I see the painting before shipping?

• Yes. For made-to-order and custom paintings, we can send photos of the finished artwork for your review before shipping. • If reasonable adjustments are needed, please let us know before the painting is shipped. • We want to make sure you are happy with the final result before it leaves our studio.

5. Do you offer canvas stretching or framing service?

• Yes. Canvas stretching is available for selected paintings at additional cost. • For some listings, the stretching option may already be available as a selectable variation. If not shown, please contact us before ordering for confirmation and a quotation. • Canvas stretching means the painting is stretched over wooden stretcher bars. It does not include an outer decorative frame. • Framing service is available upon request only and is not included in the listed price. Please contact us before ordering for a detailed quotation.

6. How will my painting be packed and shipped?

• Each painting is carefully packed for safe international delivery. • Unstretched paintings are rolled in a strong protective tube with multiple protective layers. • Stretched or framed paintings are packed securely in a protective box or wooden crate when required. • We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. • Orders ship from Vietnam by express carrier, and a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

7. Does free shipping include customs duties or import taxes?

• Free worldwide shipping means there is no separate shipping charge. • For US orders, applicable import duties or tariffs are handled upfront through DDP shipping where required by Etsy, so buyers should not be charged these fees upon delivery. • For non-US destinations, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.

8. What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

• If there is any issue with your painting, please contact us first. • We will review the situation and work with you to find the best solution. • Depending on the situation, the solution may include a replacement, remake, partial refund, or full refund when appropriate. • Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we always aim to resolve any concern fairly and professionally.
