It is so HARD to create a good habit! Every month I create a habit tracker...and a lot of months I only fill out the first two weeks. But I keep trying, because I really do want to form a few new habits. I also use my habit tracker to track a habit I want to BREAK, so this is a versatile form. I love Bullet Journal accessories, and this one can be a powerful tool.

All the habit trackers I've seen make you turn your Bullet Journal sideways, so I wanted one that could be tracked vertically. This is a minimal bullet journal sticker. The habit tracker has 31 days, so it can be used any month. There is room to track 14 habits.
