Yes! Rush shipping is totally an option. Please email us. We will be more than happy to discuss rush shipping options that cater to your specific needs.

Don't worry, you can keep your limbs. Our rates for flat envelope items are calculated at checkout for you and you have control of choosing regular or priority mail. Everything else ships based on size and weight. We will reimburse you for shipping overages when need be. Some of our most popular items ship free and if you order over $35 from our shop, those items ship free as well.

You betcha! After your order has been shipped you will receive the tracking number.

We pack very carefully and include ice packs free of charge (during warm months). These ice packs are not meant to stay frozen for days so that is why we ship Priority 1-3 days as well and we email you so that you will be on the lookout for your delivery. If your packages get placed in parcel lockers you need to keep an eye out for it! Heat and metal definitely do not mix. We've shipped to many hot and humid states and haven't had any melted chocolates.

Once we pay for the label and drop it off at the designated carrier, we cannot be held responsible. We have no control over the carriers we deal with. If you are in doubt, you can select to pay extra for the services that offer insurance on your items.
