Can you stamp something on the back?

Unfortunately due to the slight impression hand stamping leaves on the back side of the pendants, most* items cannot be personalized on the backs. I do offer an add on pendant. You can find it here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/205539983/add-on-name-pendant-choose-your-shape Rustic pet ID tags can be stamped on the back, however please note that the back will be a bit marred from the stamping and stamping may slightly show through to the front*

Will my jewelry tarnish over time?

No. All of the jewelry in my shop is made from high quality materials that will never tarnish. However I recommend you do not wear your hand stamped items in the shower or in water excessively because the patina inside the letters may start to wear out of the intentions after prolonged access to water. Please note that copper, sterling silver, and brass tend to oxidize over time but can be easily cleaned with a jewelry polishing cloth. Some people can not wear these metals due to oxidation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally. The buyer is responsible for any VAT or customs fees associated with the package so please check with your country's policies for purchasing goods from the US.

Can I have a different name on this item?

Yes, of course! All photos shown in my shop are example photos and EVERYTHING can be customized in just about any imaginable way you can think of. You'll just need to leave a note during checkout including the customization you'd like.

Help! The letters on my jewelry have lost their color!

No worries! Although hand stamped jewelry should not be worn in water, to prevent the color from fading in the letters, it can be fixed! I offer free darkening of hand stamped items for life. You can send it to me and I will darken the letters and send it back to you. Another option is you can darken the letters yourself. The DIY instructions for darkening letters: To darken the letters, use a black marker and color over the characters. Put some rubbing alcohol on a soft cloth and gently wipe over the letters. The marker should be cleaned from the surface but remain in the letters to make the phrase more legible.

Can I see what the product will look like before you make it?

No. Due to the nature of hand stamped items I cannot show you what the product will look like until it is already made, which requires you to first order the item. Once it has been made, it cannot be changed. Hand stamped items are not made using any computer products etc.

Do you guarantee your items?

Yes! I guarantee my jewelry in these circumstances: 1. If the letters on your jewelry have started to fade I will refill them. 2. If your cremation ring breaks, I will replace or repair it. 3. If your jewelry ever tarnishes and cannot be cleaned I will replace it. 4. If your chain breaks within the first year, I will replace it, no questions asked. 5. Please contact me with any concerns regarding quality etc. I stand behind my products! I cannot replace for the following circumstances, however if they can be repaired, I will do so: 1. Dog ID tags 2. Cuff bracelets due to improper care. Cuff bracelets must be GENTLY adjusted to fit your wrist. 3. Everyday wear and scratches. 4. Beaded bracelets 5. Jewelry care neglect
