We have made THOUSANDS of printed products and we have PERFECTED it. We have been personalizing wood products and paper for quite some time and our impressions are made with care. We use custom jigs for each order, and individually print each wooden piece with rich black, opaque ink. We know you will love them!

Wooden coins are a fun enclosure for your save the dates. Or use them as favors at your shower or wedding, to commemorate a special event.

COINS are 1/4" thick and 2" diameter in size (the size of a regular poker chip is 1 1/2"). We also offer the 1 1/2" diameter and square shapes (please inquire or check other listings). Coins have straight edges, sanded smooth front and back with consistent shape and size.

GEOCOINS: Printed on one side, back side smooth and blank.
MAGNETS: Printed on one side, back blank; we provide strong adhesive neo magnets... just peel and stick. The magnet is strong enough to allow it to be held on a refrigerator door or other steel surface. For an additional charge, we can print on bark-edge wooden pieces; prices will vary depending on size and availability. Each magnet is printed in rich, opaque black ink; we do offer single color printing for an additional charge (please inquire). For coins, we also offer two-sided printing (add 40%).

Additional items are shown in some photos and available separately - envelopes for magnets, save-the-date cards and packaging materials are sold separately. The envelope shown in photos is not mailable via USPS due to its size; it is available as an inner envelope (and available in smaller sizes).

Note that shipping of a non-flexible item such as a wooden magnet requires additional postage; please inquire with your local USPS office for details.

We can also work with you to create a custom graphic. ** We can adapt any design shown in our shop for other available items or we can make a custom graphic just for you. ** If there are any special instructions, please enter detailed notes regarding your request in the checkout notes with your purchase. Some special requests will result in a special die fee or an additional charge (multiple colors, etc.); if there is an additional charge, we will let you know when we send your original proof. Most single color (black) designs incur no additional fees.

Maximum print area will vary per size of disc and is no larger than 1/4" smaller than the disc diameter.

We provide print proofs prior to production; please let us know your customization requirements in the checkout notes. We will send print proofs within 48 hours; all magnets will be printed with the same custom phrase. Ships within 6-8 business days of proof approval by customer. If you choose priority production/shipping, your item will ship within 3 business days of proof approval or checkout with full personalization details to include font number and phrase (if you approve the proof on Monday, your items will ship by Thursday). Please refer to production/shipping options when checkout out.

Due to the nature of printing and the nature of the machine-turned wood coin, some coins are smaller or larger by a fraction of a mm. We use a jig to print so that the prints are in the same spot every time. Due to this fact, not every coin will print exactly on-center (vary slight variations may occur if the coin is very slightly smaller or larger). We recommend you choose a design that has a centered text design as opposed to a circular text design if this is of high importance to you. This occurs about 1-10% of the time when printing a circular text design or a design with a line border. We can provide more details if needed - please inquire!

If you would like us to use your custom graphic, we will need to review the graphic prior to confirming your order. Artwork must be black and white (no grayscale, but half-tones are okay). Please attach PNG or JPG images to conversation in Etsy so that we can review the graphic and confirm its use. We prefer a PNG with transparent background or EPS file if possible; you may email the file(s) to paisleygreydesign [!at] gmail.com with your Etsy username in the subject line. We can most often work with a high resolution JPG as well (300PPI or greater). By attaching a graphic for our review and use, you agree that you have not violated any licensing and have full permission to use the graphic submitted to us.

Due to the nature of the fully customized products that cannot be used by another person, refunds are not given. Proofs are given in advance of print; you will have an opportunity to change the design. Please monitor your Etsy conversations. If we cannot complete the order due to customer non-response, a shop credit in the form of a full purchase amount coupon will be issued.

Once the graphic is determined, we will make a printing plate with the same design. If we have made an error in production, we will correct the order at our expense or offer a refund in full. If the customer has approved the proof with an error, we do not offer reprints at our expense. We will reprint as a new order using the corrected graphic as approved by you.

The consignee/ receiver releases all liability from UPS for the delivery of packages through their My Choice account. This includes lost, stolen, or damaged. By selecting the Authorized Shipment Release service, it authorizes UPS to release the package to the address when no one is present. UPS will only make one delivery attempt. A UPS delivery record constitutes conclusive proof of delivery and, by selecting the Authorized Shipment Release service, the reciever is asked and is required to accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the package after it has been released." Please notify at the time of checkout for an alternate shipping method in the checkout notes. This will become part of the sale record & available to us.

We do not charge additional shipping costs for most items; check each listing. Free shipping includes contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories will incur a surcharge; our shipping costs are much higher.

We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground Services. If you require expedited delivery, please ask us in advance for a quote.

We are happy to ship internationally. Due to changes in shipping rates and delivery issues over the years, we do not add this service to our shop listings. If you are interested in our products and you are located outside of the United States, please email us in advance of your order and inquire about a shipping quote. We require international orders be insured for full value against loss.

We ship orders as quickly as possible, but please note the production options available to you.

Standard production for most items is 5-8 business days. If you order prior to 12:00pm central time on any given day, that day will count as the first business day.

If you require faster production time, please add the item to your cart and select a RUSH production option depending on the speed required. We also offer 1-3 business days production as well as 3-5 business days production for an additional charge. RUSH production also includes either UPS Ground or UPS 3 Day.

If you require overnight shipping in addition to RUSH production, please contact us in advance for a custom listing and shipping quote.

Our shipping prices include shipment via USPS without insurance. We do not insure packages for loss or damage unless requested. We will provide proof of shipment, but if insurance is needed, please indicate this in advance of order and shipment so that we can add the cost of the insurance to the order. You have the option to choose UPS expedited or ground; just let us know and we will obtain a shipping quote for you. We have shipped thousands of packages and very rarely do we experience loss or damage, but we leave it to the customer to decide whether insurance is important. Thank you!

We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping transit times are estimated and there is no guarantee of delivery date with this type of service. If your project is date critical, please contact us in advance for RUSH production (if our schedule allows) and a separate shipping quote using an alternate, tracked service. *** Shipping times are unpredictable and we leave it to the customer to decide whether expedited shipping or a specialty shipping method is required. If we agree to ship your product on a given date via a particular method, we will do so, however we are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the carrier or unknown reasons. We cannot guarantee shipping times once the package leaves our office.

We will give you an opportunity to choose the shipping method and provide a quote and shipping time estimate provided by the carrier. We agree to ship the package during our standard shipping circulation hours on the given shipping date or prior. Once the package leaves our office, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your item does not arrive in time, we are sorry that we cannot refund in this circumstance. If we have caused a delay or made a mistake that has caused the delay and missed delivery, we may offer a store credit for the purchase amount (not inclusive of shipping).

Yes! We have two types of RUSH production and shipping. Our production times are expressed in business days and do not include Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays. These options are available at checkout. Keep in mind that we can also produce same-day orders with printing plates made by noon central time and we can ship overnight, but we quote overnight deliveries based on actual purchase detail - box dimensions & weight. If you require same-day processing, please email us and we will obtain a shipping quote!

You will receive a proof; we make printing plates quickly for rush orders. Be sure your personalization is accurate in the notes. Often times we have less than 30 minutes to process items to make the printing & shipping cut-offs.
