My order is taking longer than expected. Can you speed up shipping?

We are very limited with changing the shipping once an order is placed. When your order is placed it goes straight into our printing queue at our facility and automatically gets fulfilled within 7 business days.

Can I exchange my order for a different size?

Due to the nature of this shop being made to order, I cannot offer returns or exchanges due to the wrong size being ordered. I work with multiple print companies to fulfill orders. There are sizing charts available in each listing. Please take care when selecting your size.

My package is lost in the mail. Can you offer a refund or contact the P.O.?

Once the package leaves my hands, I have no control over the mail system and cannot issue a refund for a package the P.O or UPS lost. Please make sure you put the correct address and contact your local post office if a package is missing.

I ordered multiple items. Why did they ship separately?

I work with multiple printing companies to help me fulfill my orders. Sometimes there will be separate shipments, both will include tracking numbers.

Can I change my order after purchasing?

We are very limited with changing orders once placed. Everything is made to order and once placed we are not able to cancel or change the order.

HOLIDAY ORDER DEADLINES

Mugs- Dec 5th Apparel- Dec 9th All orders placed after these dates will most likely not arrive by Dec 25th. There are delays with USPS tracking being updated and other shipping delays occurring now. We are not able to cancel an order once production has begun. Thank you Jessica
