When will my order ship?

Most orders ship in 1-3 business days from my fulfillment warehouse in Portage, Indiana. There is no shipping on holidays or weekends. Selecting Priority Mail shortens shipping time, but does not change the time it takes to process your order.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic transit times: Standard shipping is typically 4-8 business days within the US. Priority Mail is 3-5 days to most areas. These transit times are estimates, and are not guaranteed. Some packages are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS Saver where available. International: International shipping times vary greatly, and cannot be estimated. 3-6 weeks is typical for many destinations, but customs-related delays can extend the shipping time significantly. Once a package leaves the warehouse I have no control over how long it will take to arrive.

Free US Shipping Offer:

I offer free standard shipping for US orders over $35. All items must be from my shop in one single order to qualify. Expedited shipping options are available for an extra charge. Returns of any item from a free shipping order are subject to a $10 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund once the return has been received.

I forgot something. Can I add items to my order?

Orders are shipped from a fulfillment warehouse and cannot be combined. I am not able to add items to your order, or combine multiple orders into one. If you place multiple orders, the shipping warehouse will ship them separately, and additional shipping charges are not refunded. If you need to add items to an order you've already placed, please contact me to cancel your order/orders before fulfillment so you can place one single order with all of the items you would like.

Why is Shipping so Expensive?

I am pleased to offer free US shipping on orders of $35. Unfortunately, single items, even those that are lightweight, are very costly to ship. Please consider placing a larger order to make use of my free shipping offer. To receive the free shipping offer, add $35 of items from my shop to your cart and the option for free shipping will appear at checkout.

As of 2025, I no longer sell my full assortment here on Etsy, and the items that remain have been priced to make selling here feasible with free shipping on orders of $35. Sale events are exclusive to SmileMercantile.com, and special pricing may not be applied to Etsy orders.
