How long will it take to ship my order?

The time we need to prepare an order may vary. However, most orders are expected to be fulfilled in 2-5 business days. During large sales and peak gifting seasons, the production times are extended to 3-8 business days. Each item is made to order and printed in the USA. Processing and production times will vary depending on location and time of year.

I accidentally put in the wrong address, can you update it?

It depends. If the item has already been sent in for production, the shipping address can no longer be updated. Please contact me as soon as possible to see what can be done! Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

My order never arrived or arrived damaged!

Don't worry, because any shipments lost in transit or delivered with defects are guaranteed to be replaced or refunded. Please have pictures of defects and your order number ready when reaching out via email or Etsy message.

Custom and personalized orders

Personalization is available on select designs. Check the listing for available options and follow its personalization instructions. For a different name, wording, or custom idea, message me on Etsy before ordering so I can confirm what's possible.

Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. The solution is to simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash. If the discoloration is still noticeable, send me a picture to sort out a refund or replacement right away!

Do you offer shipping upgrades?

Sorry! We are unable to offer shipping upgrades at this time.

Can you add gift messages?

Unfortunately we cannot add gift messages for any orders at this time.

Mugs—Dishwasher Safe; Hand wash preferred. T-shirts—Wash inside-out in cold water (30°C or below) to help extend the life of the print.

Check each listing's photos, description, and available options before ordering. Mug capacities and clothing sizes vary by item, so confirm your chosen size and color in the cart. Very happy with my purchase , the item arrived promptly and the t-shirt material is a great quality . I will DEFINITELY purchase again . There was follow up with the company just to check in which is unheard of these days - I really appreciate that and as someone who has worked it retail and has family in E-commerce I can tell you that this is an Etsy site I will definitively be purchasing from again because I know the quality and service is exceptional ! 😊
