What brand of vinyl do you use? What kind of decals are they?

We use high quality Oracal brand vinyl for all of our products. Oracal 651 Vinyl (rated 5-7 years) for our outdoor creations, and the Oracal 631 for our indoor creations. Oracal has a great selection of colours and the durability of the vinyl is top notch! Our decals are die-cut, which means that the letters/designs are cut out of solid coloured rolls of vinyl. The decals do not have the clear coating on top and therefore make for a sharper look. They are masked with a piece of transfer tape which is removed once the decal is applied to the area of your choosing.

Are vinyl wall decals compatible with my walls/paint?

Vinyl decals adhere to *most* smooth, flat surfaces such as walls, windows, glass, mirrors, etc. Vinyl decals are not compatible with the following: -Mid-High textured walls (Think grainy, rough or bumpy) -Panelling, cement, brick -Some of the newer zero and low VOC paint on the market We cannot guarantee that vinyl decals will adhere to all surfaces, so it’s best to test before ordering if you’ve never applied any decals to your wall.

Are the vinyl decals removable/reusable?

Both indoor and outdoor vinyl are removable. We use an extremely high quality vinyl that removes simply by slowly peeling it back. You can further ease the removal by applying low heat from a hair dryer just before peeling which will soften the vinyl. Die-cut vinyl decals are not reusable.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the customized, made-to-order, nature of our products, (fonts/names/sizes/colours are all customizations that you make upon ordering) we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. All orders are custom cut once the order is placed and we hold no stock.

Can you tell me more about your sizing for decals?

Unless both dimensions are listed, when a size is given as an option we are always referring to the largest measurement (length or height). The other dimension (if not listed) is always proportional. We recommend measuring the area you intend to apply the decal so you have an idea of the space the decal will take up. Listing photos are for demonstration and advertising purposes only.

Do you offer custom work?

Yes! We are happy to both offer custom work and/or sizing on listed designs. Feel free to contact us for more info.

Can you tell me more about shipping?

Sure! We ship regular mail and therefore a tracking number is not automatically included. Shipping rates are calculated based on fees and our related travel expenses to our local Canada Post office. Delays have been noted as of March 2020 on the customs and shipping end when orders are being shipped outside of Canada. There has been no significant delays seen regarding orders within Canada.

Are the colours shown on the chart and listing photos exact?

Every computer can show colours slightly different due to settings. We do use the Oracal 651 brand vinyl for our outdoor decals and Oracal 632 brand vinyl for our indoor vinyl decals, so feel free to look around and compare charts to get a better idea of the exact colour.

What kind of HTV vinyl do you use?

We use the sports flex vinyl, which is slightly thicker and of durable quality. Sometimes when we are dealing with pressing htv vinyl you can have some wrinkling occasionally appearing in the design. This is not something noticeable from afar, but if examined up close it can be seen.

What if my received order is incorrect?

Please send us a message and we will do our best to right the mistake. *We will ask for a photo of the destroyed product before shipping out the replacement*

Installation Instructions:
1. Clean and dry the application area (no windex or harsh chemicals).
2. Prepare the decal by rubbing/pressing a credit card across the decal (from the beige application tape side).
3. Peel the backing off the sticker (the decal will transfer onto the beige application tape, which is the sticky side.
4. Slowly place the decal onto the desired surface. Press decal firmly with credit card (or your fingers if surface isn’t perfectly flat/like a helmet). Allow a minute or so to bond to the area.
5. Slowly peel the transfer tape off the decal, beginning from one of the top corners. Do not pull decal off while peeling transfer tape.
*For ideal application- do not apply on extremely hot or cold surfaces*

Great quality. Love the color! Arrived quickly. My only suggestion is if you've never applied a decal to your car, look up a video or something. No instructions included. Just the decal. Not an issue for me but may be for someone else.
