Gift wrapping and packaging

I will include a personalized letter/note in every single package :). If you choose the gift option, I will write a personalized letter to the person you are sending it to. (If you didn't include their name, then I will use "friend" instead.) You can also leave a note for me to write/include in the package. For example: "Happy Birthday :)"

What are the difference between the pin grades/letter options?

A Grades ----No defects :) B Grades ----No significant defects but may exhibit minor imperfections visible under close inspection ----The background sheet is smaller/different sized with others. C Grades ----Visible multiple minor and/or significant defects. ----The wrong usage of the material (Imitation Enamel instead of hard Enamel, which could lead the glitters to fall off)

Do I need to pay extra for A grade pins when I'm purchasing mutiple?

No :), I will always include A pins if you purchased multiple except you wish to recieve other pin grades! Then you will need to list it under the "personalization" corner!

Your pins are so expensive when purchasing a lot of them, is there a cheaper option?

Yes, however, I offer discounts on certain pins only. To take advantage of this offer, you can scroll to the bottom of the pin listing. For HnK Pins I have a spare listing for it called "HnK mutiple purchasing". I offer muti purchase discount for over 3 pins. However, if you want to purchase multiple pins from my shop, you can contact me directly and ask. I will create a special listing just for you!

When will you ship my order?

If you place your order on a weekday before 2 pm PST, I usually ship the same day; after 2 pm, I ship the next day (both within 24 hours). Orders placed on weekends or after 2 pm Friday PST ship on Monday because my local USPS is closed on weekends. Once your package is marked “Pre-Transit,” it means I’ve dropped it off at USPS. Tracking may not update right away, so please wait patiently. Sometimes I can’t ship within 24 hours due to holidays, a busy schedule, or other reasons, but I’ll usually get it to the post office within 48 hours. If I ever need more time, I’ll contact you directly :)
