I didn’t receive two latex snowflake balloons from my order I purchased. When I wrote Debbie about it she said,”We have a three point scan inventory scan system including a photo that shows the snowflake balloons were included.” So I sent her a photo of exactly what I received and she wrote,” That is quite strange as the inventory photo shows that it was sent.” These balloons are for my daughters birthday, it’s a little insulting to assume I’m trying to scam some latex balloons. Very dissatisfied with this Etsy ”shop”. A business that I would return to purchase from would just simply say, I’m sorry, will send them out now.
