Damaged In Shipping - Refund Requested

We do everything we can to prevent damage in shipping, however sometimes this will occur. If your item happens to be damaged in shipping there are a few different ways to handle the situation. Our packages are shipped priority mail and therefore have insurance through USPS. If you wish to have a direct refund, please file a claim with the USPS and follow the steps they require.

Damaged In Shipping - Request New Item

We do everything we can to prevent damage in shipping, however sometimes this will occur. If your item happens to be damaged in shipping there are a few different ways to handle the situation. Our packages are shipped priority mail and therefore insured. If you would like a new item - please notify us of the damage and contents within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide pictures of the damaged contents and the shipping label. Please hold onto the the package and contents as the USPS may require you to provide them to them for inspection. After the post office has provided notification (typically 7-10) days we will notify you if they require inspection of the package and follow up with you after completed to ship your new items.

We do everything possible to ship within our outlined shipping guide provided in your listing. If for some reason we will be delayed we will communicate with you directly providing updates for your estimated ship time. Once your item has shipped ETSY will send you your tracking information typically via e-mail. Once your item has shipped it should be to you within 1-3 business days. Please follow the tracking information provided by ETSY. If you are unable to find this information, we will be happy to provide it to you.

Can my item go in the dishwasher? We have glasses (some of every style) that we put in the dishwasher time and time again. We have not had any issues with the image or the glasses going through the dishwasher. Several of them have been around for multiple years and are holding up just fine.

Can I use your jars to can? We have used our glasses (as have several customers) to hot pack and hot water bath can. We have not had any issues. At this time I have not put any into a pressure canner. I do not have reason to question if they would hold up, however we have not tested this method. Our jars are all standard canning jars prior to being etched.

Due to the current market situation there are sometimes when the pictured product is not in stock. We do everything we can to find a very similar product although exact shape and size may slightly vary. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

If you would like a faster ship time than what is listed under your individual item, please select the item in the store called "Priority Shipping". This will move your item up in the processing line for an additional $5. Typically these items will then ship within 48 hours of order, but no later than 72 hours after your order has been placed.

With each image we offer a wide variety of glass products. Each different glassware style has different size, shape, and curves. We do our best to size the image for the best outcome on the glassware style that you choose. For example - an image on a wine glass will look different in size than an image on a pint mug, as well as their placement on the glass itself. If you have personalization placed under the image it also will impact the placement of your design. We do our best to provide the best image and outcome for your desired product. If you have any questions regarding where your image will be placed, the size of your image or best outcome - contact us! We will be happy to give you our experiences on your request.
