I have recently introduced 2nd class post for items under £10 this Is not a tracked service. You have an option to upgrade to Tracked 48 or Tracked 24, or to upgrade to next day Special Delivery if an item is required urgently. Please note: the upgrade options don't mean I make your gift sooner it just means it's delivered sooner. Special Delivery is RM guaranteed next day delivery service, but there can be occasions still where it could be late but it's rare. Once your gifts have left me, it is down to the postal carrier to deliver the parcel on time. I strongly recommend this option if your gift is required urgently. I cannot be held responsible if Royal Mail fail to deliver the parcel as I have no control over this.

Pet Tags - Care Instructions

Metal on metal will naturally scratch and scuff. Aluminium is a lightweight metal, overtime this may get scratched and become dull, I also use copper & brass which are stronger metals. Overtime brass and copper will tarnish. This is due to oxidisation, this is not a fault and is unavoidable. I apply a special metal protector to the tags to slow the tarnishing process down, overtime this may wear off. l advise giving the pet tags a regular rub with a microfibre cloth and a metal polish cleaner like Autsol, Mothers Mag or Brasso to remove the tarnish. When attaching your pet tag please use the large split ring provided, don't put the lead through the small one as this will stretch it and you could lose the tag.

What is hand stamping

Hand stamping means no two items will be made identical. Text and images may appear much deeper. The indentations are created using a hammer and steel stamps. Hand stamping impresses into the metal, where engraving removes the metal. You may notice a slight indentation on the reverse with hand stamping. Letters may not appear perfectly straight too but this adds to the unique character of each piece I design. Impressions on design stamps may appear deeper on some discs, this is due to the size of the stamps, some stamps which are more detailed can be harder to get a deeper impression. Where colours are used on the discs this may vary slightly too, this is not classed as a fault and a refund will not be issued.

International Deliveries

Late Deliveries (International Orders) Your parcel may get delayed in customs, this unfortunately is out of my control. International delivery is estimated between 5-7 working days after posting however, once your parcel arrives to its destination, it is the responsibility of the overseas carriers to update the tracking information. I cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery. I can only promise to dispatch within a certain time frame. All orders are sent using a tracked service and will not be deemed as lost or late until 25 business days have passed since the date it was shipped. This does not include weekends, up until then the postal carrier will advise the parcel may still arrive. Thank you for your understanding.

The most popular metals I use for keyrings is aluminium due to this being lightweight, I use 1.5mm & 2mm thick metals which is a substantial thickness. All metals will naturally scratch and scuff if they are rubbing against other items in bags etc. If this happens this is not a fault Aluminium overtime may become dull, if this happens just give your keyring a clean with a metal polish cleaner like Mothers Mag, Autosol etc. I also use brass and copper, in 1.2mm these metals will tarnish. This is due to oxidisation, when the metal comes into contact with the skin this is not a fault and is unavoidable. I will apply a special metal protector to the metals to slow the tarnishing process down but overtime this may wear off.

Do I accept custom orders

Yes all of my listings can have custom wording added, as long as it fits on the blank chosen. Please send me a message before ordering and I will advise if your chosen text will fit.

Care Instructions for Jewellery

Please remove all Jewellery before any contact with water, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and hairspray. Store your jewellery in the gift box or gift bag your Jewellery arrives in. Cuff Bracelets Please adjust cuff bracelet to the size of your wrist, these are not to be adjusted frequently as over time this will weaken the metal & may be prone to cracking or breaking. To restore the shine on your jewellery you can use a metal cleaner like Mothers Mag or Autosol. Not suitable for small children

Yes I do accept returns and exchanges, only on Non Personalised Items. If your order arrived damaged during transit, please contact us with photographic evidence as soon as your gift arrives The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: "Custom or Personalised orders" Please contact me within: 14 days of delivery & Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery Conditions Of Return "Buyers are responsible for return postage costs".
