Ornament information, Ordering, Proofs, Delivery, and Shop Policies

When you click on any ornament in my shop, you’ll find all the details you need in the description and images—everything from product information and options, the ordering process to proof approval, packaging, delivery, and additional shop policies. PLEASE NOTE: Within 1-3 days of your purchase, a proof of your ornament will be sent through your Etsy account, under Messages, for your review and approval. Please approve within 3 days of receiving your proof or your ornament will ship as shown in the last proof without your review. If you still have questions, please feel free to message me directly—I’m always happy to help!

How soon will my package arrive?

Please allow 3–5 business days for your ornament, or 1 to 2 days for a ring dish, to leave my studio by way of the USPS First Class shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on seasonal volume—especially during Christmas. If your order is being delivered to a high-rise or large complex with a central delivery drop, or if a porch delivery concerns you, I recommend selecting the "Signature Required" for added security of delivery.

Lost Package and Refund

LOST PACKAGE: - If you haven't received your package, I can provide you tracking information ONLY. - It's your responsibility to contact the postal service to pursue your lost package. REFUND - I do not offer a refund or replacement for a lost package or for an incorrect address you provided once it leaves my hands and is beyond my control. - Qualifying orders may be covered by Etsy Purchase Protection. Refunds are subject to Etsy's program terms and eligibility requirements. It's your responsibility to go to your Etsy Account, under Purchases, and select Open a Case. Etsy will be in contact with you. I am not involved in this process.

What if I found a mistake once it's been delivered?

If you need to make a change after receiving your order, I’m happy to fix it for you free of charge—you’ll just need to cover the 2-way shipping (to me and back to you) or I can offer you possible solutions to fix at home. If the mistake was mine, or if I missed a correction you noted during the proof process, I’ll gladly take care of everything at no cost to you.

What if my ornament arrived broken?

Every ornament is very securely packaged when it leaves my hands. If the box is crushed or damaged by USPS and the ornament is broken inside, you may file a claim directly with the USPS. I do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged in transit by the postal service, which is beyond my control.

I cannot take returns on ornaments or ring dishes that you ordered customized and personalized. I can take returns on any item in my shop that is not customized and personalized.

To keep your ornament and ring dish looking beautiful for years to come! Please dust only, avoid any heat, cleaning products, water, or chemicals—they may damage the artwork and finish.

The ornaments and ring dishes are made of ceramic/porcelain. They can break if dropped and should always be handled with care. Please keep ornaments and ring dishes out of reach of children and pets to ensure safety. I cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries from my products.

Wholesale or Bulk Discounts

I do not offer wholesale pricing on ornaments since each one is individually hand-crafted and not mass-produced by a machine. However, I may offer a discount on bulk orders; depending on the design, number needed, and if there's a sale running. Please message me for more details. I do offer wholesale pricing on my ring dishes! Just message me! Please note that I do not duplicate company, school, or sports logos due to copyright laws. As a legally registered LLC business, I adhere to these guidelines to ensure compliance.

So, so cute! Cindy was super kind and sent me the design to approve before she sealed it. She added some cute extras to make it even more adorable after showing me the original design. Can’t wait to give it as a gift to two buckeyes who are getting married!
