This is one of the versions of Thors Hammer that I cast and have available. Thor was one of my favorite comic book characters growing up
This one is 1 1/4 inch high by 7/8 inch wide and 3/8 of an inch thick withe designs on both sides. It weighs 16.9 (More than 1/2 ounce) grams with great detailed Celtic Knotwork design all over the piece. Black cord really looks good as it passes through the handle to wear this pendant.

Included in your purchase price is a velveteen bag (you can request but I do not guarantee a color) to keep your new treasure in. For pendant purchases I also include the choice of either an 18 inch silver plated chain or 30 inches of black waxed cotton cord.
In Norse mythology, Thor was a hammer-wielding god associated with thunder, lightning, storms, oak trees, strength, destruction, fertility, healing, and the protection of mankind.
Thor, the Son of Odin, is a prominently mentioned god throughout the recorded history of the Germanic peoples, with strong popularity during the Viking Age, when, in protest of the Christianization of Scandinavia, emblems of his hammer, Mjöllnir, were worn in defiance and Norse pagan personal names containing the name of the god bear witness to his popularity. Into the modern period, Thor continued to be acknowledged in rural folklore throughout Germanic regions. Thor is frequently referenced in place names, the day of the week Thursday ("Thor's day") bears his name, and names stemming from the pagan period containing his own continue to be used today.
I use the Lost Wax Method of casting so no two pieces are exactly alike. I hand finish all my pieces. My castings are available in ALL precious metals from recycled silver to platinum. I can add stones if you like in most cases just convo me and I will quote a price and delivery time. I have a wide variety of designs as I never know what will influence me from a walk in the woods to one in the city.
I prepared a lot of pieces to cast during the “Super Moon” on March 19th, 2011 as this is a rare event, the last one being 18 years ago, and wanted to be able to offer the availability of that energy to those who wanted it. They are very limited in quantity but this piece is one of those castings. I am not sure when the next one will occur but until then when these pieces are gone you will have to wait for the next one.
