We have larger quantity pricing in all our listings. Please see the drop down menu for bulk quantity pricing. If you are looking for a quantity not listed, contact us for a custom reserve listing. We additionally offer a discount based on the volume of your order as follows. Enter coupon code on checkout.

Most items ship out within 1-3 business days. We do not ship out on weekends or holidays. For oxidized or hand made items please allow extra time. If you have time sensitive needs it is best to purchase priority or express shipping as those orders go out first daily. All expedited orders must be purchased before 12 pm to go out the same day.

We want you to be satisfied with your order and do our best to work out any issues you may have. For any items you would like to return for refund or exchanges please contact us and return items within 7 business days after receipt. We will issue a refund minus shipping and handling. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. For exchanges we will refund you for the items' cost towards any new purchase plus shipping and handling. Refunds not allowed on custom items, chains, and wires. Full strands of gems that have been cut cannot be returned. Half strands that have been pulled apart will also not be returnable. Do you have all stock on hand?

We have all inventory on hand except when our vendors or manufacturers have production delays or shipping issues. These are unfortunately beyond our control and we try to let you know about this as soon as we know after you place your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you. To best ensure a smooth ordering process, if any item(s) are critical to your order, it is best to convo us about inventory availability before you order. We answer most convos within the hour during business hours and within the next business day after hours or weekends/holidays. We can then verify inventory levels and pull the items for your order.

What are your business hours?

We fulfill orders and answer convos from 8-3:30 PST from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends but often do check convos. Please feel free to send us a convo during or after business hours and we will respond back to you as soon as we can!

22 gauge jump rings are great for:
-- finishing petite chains .. great for smaller chains that will not fit 20/21 gauge jump rings*
-- attaching gems or rondelles to earrings
-- where ever you need a thinner jump ring
* some thinner chains might need smaller 24 gauge jump rings or wire wrapping to finish

3-4 mm ... 22/24 ga for finishing thin chains or attaching gems & dangles on earrings
3-6 mm ... 20/21 ga for finishing small / medium chains, attaching small pendants
4-8 mm ... 18/19 ga for finishing medium chains, attaching medium/large pendants
8-10 mm .. 14/16 ga for finishing large / x large chains, attaching heavy or large pendants

SIMPLE TO USE .. allow a little bit of practice :)
-- position two flat chain nose pliers at 10 & 2 o'clock
-- open jumpring by sliding one side 1/4 turn towards you past the closed position
-- add clasp, charm, chain, etc. to jump ring
-- hold left plier steady
-- slide right side away from you 1/4 turn past the closed position
-- slide right side towards you back to closed position WHILE PUSHING ENDS IN TOGETHER
-- gently wiggle both sides to align ends.
** you will hear a "locking" of the jump ring or feel it snap into a "locked" state once activated.
** when held up to light you should see very little light pass where the jump ring closes together
