Preparing for the arrival of a baby is one of the most overwhelming thing you'll have to do; when you add to it the financial pressure of all the thing you will need, you'll probably feel like you are loosing it.

Don't worry! With this template you will have both a checklist of things you will need (or want to buy) and you will be able to keep track of their price and their impact on your budget.

This is an all-in-one-place spreadsheet that includes:
- a checklist of one time buys for the baby where you can enter for each item how much you plan to spend and how much it actually cost
- a tracking record for all the expenses for baby products in their first 6 months
- a diaper cost calculator where to compare prices and stores to find the best bargain
- an hospital bag checklist with the essentials you will need for you, baby and dad

You can have access to your worksheet in your laptop, tablet and mobile by simply entering Google Drive with your gmail account. You also have the option to print it in both US letter and A4 size.

How does it work? You will download a PDF file containing the link to the Google Sheet template and the instructions on how to start using it. It’s extremely simple and you only need a basic knowledge of excel, but in case you have a question or any problem I’m always ready to help!

Why I use Google Spreadsheets instead of Excel? Because it’s FREE, you can SHARE your work with other people, it is ACCESSIBLE in multiple devices, it SAVES any changes automatically, it’s USER FRIENDLY, you can EXPORT your work in multiple formats, you don’t have to worry to LOSE DATA if your computer crashes...However if you don’t like using it you can always export the template to EXCEL :-)
