This Design Process Explained:

Sublimation:
• A special ink that is heat pressed onto the shirt with a professional heat press. This process dyes the fabric of the shirt. You can’t feel the design. This process is used on light colored blends containing polyester and creates a faded/vintage look.

HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl)
• Is vinyl that is pressed onto the shirt with a professional heat press. You can feel the vinyl, but it is not bulky like sports vinyl. This process is used on dark colored shirts where sublimation will not work.

The process that is used is detailed iIn each item description. We will use vinyl for dark colored shirts and black sublimation ink for light colored shirts. If you prefer vinyl, please let us know.

It is very difficult to change your address after your order is placed, we will try are very best but we are not responsible for deliveries to wrong addresses associated with your Etsy account. Please, make sure to enter the address you would like your item shipped to at check out.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will ship your order by USPS with the option that gives us the best rate. We will not ship Priority unless the order has to be sent that way. Thanks!

We always recommend to wash inside out on cold and line dry.

All items that are listed "free shipping" have shipping accounted for in the advertised price. Therefore, when a refund is requested on items that ship "FREE", actual shipping cost will be deducted from the total price refunded.

We issue a refunds for the amount of the item, less the calculated shipping cost. This is done after we recieve the return, inspect it, and deem it to be in NEW and UNUSED condition.
