After returning home from a magical road trip through the Southwestern United States, I was still awe-struck by the landscapes and rock formations I saw. This print is inspired by those landscapes and a dream I had about seeing thirteen moons over Manhattan. It reminds me of an alien landscape.

These are prints that I carved by hand from linoleum, inked, and printed on an etching press. I used waterbased inks on a Warm White printmaking paper with hand-torn edges. Each of these prints is unique. I inked up monotype backgrounds using colored bands of ink, resulting in vibrant sky colors. Then I inked up my linocut and printed the landscape over the background colors. Each print is signed and numbered 1/1, meaning there is only one out of one of this exact print available.

This item will be shipped via First Class mail, packed flat in a plastic sleeve with backing board and cardboard to protect it.
