When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped from MA via USPS using either first-class or priority mail, depending on your shipping selection at checkout. I cannot guarantee USPS shipping times, only my processing times. All packages will be shipped within the processing time stated in your Etsy order confirmation email. To check current processing times, please look under shop announcements. If you have a specific deadline you'd like to meet, please do not hesitate to send me an Etsy Conversation and I'll be able to provide a more detailed arrival estimate.

Do you ship internationally?

I do not offer international shipping on Etsy at this time, but I do offer it on my website, roocharms.com! If you have any questions on shipping availability to your country, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Can I include a gift note in my order?

I'm happy to include gift notes if you'd like to ship directly to a recipient! You can leave a gift note upon checkout in "notes to seller".

Can I combine multiple orders into one package?

I am happy to combine shipping for orders going to the same address. Shipping overages are refunded when all items in your order are ready to ship. If you have any questions, please let me via an Etsy Conversation.

Can I change my shipping address?

I am happy to adjust your shipping address PRIOR to shipment of your package. Please let me know as soon as possible your updated address through an Etsy Conversation. IF an order has already shipped, additional postage is required for a different address since a new postage label will have to be purchased. Unfortunately even the smallest changes (i.e. forgetting an apartment number) requires a new shipping label and therefore additional postage.

Do you offer custom designs?

Depending on my current workload, I am happy to take on custom designs. Please send me an Etsy Conversation for more information and pricing!

Do you offer in person pickups for orders?

I am currently 100% virtual and do not have a physical storefront for in person shopping or pickups.

Do you license or sell your designs?

I am not offering licensing or rights to my designs at this time. However, I do offer custom design work depending on availability.

Can I pickup my order?

I do not offer in person pickup.
