The seller has been amazing and so kind, due to issues completely out of both of our control there was a problem (again, NOT the sellers fault!) and yet Jan was kind enough to respond to my messages quickly and got it all sorted out for me with generosity and kindness. The mug and coaster themselves are beautifully printed and my brother will love the gift! Thank you so so much, I will definitely purchase again from this store and add to my favourites.
