WildRidge Wreaths are Custom Made. If you have a problem or concern with your order PLEASE contact us within 3 DAYS of receiving it. We will do our best to resolve any issues, but WE WILL NOT ACCEPT any Exchanges or Returns after 3 Days of Delivery.

🌼Before a return/exchange request is accepted, we require a photo of the item being returned via Etsy Conversations. Once the return is approved, please ship the wreath in the original box with original packing materials within 7 days of receiving it. Please contact us with any questions. When we receive the package in our shop, we will refund your original payment minus shipping charges.
RETURN SHIPPING IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY
** If a wreath is returned without contacting us first, there will be an automatic 20% restocking fee.
** If a wreath is shipped back after the 7 day window, there may be a 20% restocking fee.

🌼 If your wreath is DAMAGED during shipping, please provide photos of the damage to the wreath and the box and notify us immediately upon receipt so we can address the situation.

🌼 You will always be notified via email to the email on your account that your package has been shipped along with your tracking number. If your purchase shows "delivered" and you did not receive it, carriers must be notified within 5 days of "delivery" notification for us to properly investigate with carriers. Lost packages are not our responsibility if we are not notified in a timely manner to help with the investigation of a lost package.
