Returns for EU customers

If you are based in the EU - In case of a return, KEEP our Shop Sales Receipt and the original packaging - CONTACT US within 3 DAYS after receiving your package, and will assist you in how to return the package to us. - Ship items back within 7 DAYS of delivery Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. As soon as the item is delivered back to us, your order will be refunded For non-EU customers returns are accepted in case - of error or omission on our part - damaged or broken object during transport and in no case that the buyer - omitted to go over the dimensions, colors, or materials of the object

In case of non-accepted delivery, wrong address provided, or missed delivery due to negligence, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. In any other case, a formal inquiry for lost or fraud mail will be opened and you will be refunded accordingly

Please take into consideration that gold plating will wear off over time. If you take good care and how you wear your jewelry and depending on your skin type it can last a long time. Re-plating is offered by your local jeweler and by me.

The head of the goddess Athena is wearing a helmet. Her symbol was the owl, which is visible on either side of her forehead.
