You can access your files right from Etsy.com! To access your digital file(s), go to You > Purchases/Reviews and look for the order you placed. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes directly to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
You should also receive a download notification email sent by Etsy (Be sure to check your spam or junk inbox. And if you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs).
**If you checked out as a GUEST or used an Apple ID/Apple Pay and are having issues finding your downloads, please contact us and we will email you the files directly.
